Stop checking. We’ll watch it for you.
ScoutPing is a personal watchlist for the public web. Describe a price, a restock, a phrase, or an announcement, confirm how the scout understood it, and get an email only when that condition is newly met. It reads one public HTML page or searches the open web, then stays quiet until the result changes.
- Free to start
- No credit card required
- Email Pings only when it matters
No spam. ScoutPing alerts you only when your condition is actually met.
How it works
Three steps. Then stop checking.
- 1
Tell us what you're waiting for.
Describe the change, price, availability, or event in your own words.
- 2
ScoutPing keeps checking.
Your Scout checks on the schedule included with your plan.
- 3
Get a Ping when it happens.
We send an email with the result and source when your condition is met.
What it watches
What a scout actually watches
A Page Scout fetches one public URL and evaluates the text you can already see without logging in. That document is the public HTML a browser receives, the format described by the HTML Living Standard. MDN's HTML documentation is a practical map of the elements and text that show up in that fetch.
A Web Scout searches the open web when you do not have a single page yet, then asks you to confirm the match before it becomes a watch. ScoutPing does not sign in to accounts, submit forms, or buy anything. A Ping includes the evidence and a link back to the source.
Free accounts check daily. Pro accounts can check more often and search beyond one URL. Start with a narrow page, such as a product, a careers posting, or a pricing table, instead of a homepage full of rotating modules. Read the three-step flow on how it works, or the notes on about ScoutPing.
